We at Aadhesh aim and strive to give best of the service to our clients. For us we work for God not for money. So, any client or customer feels or tries to twist this principle then we may have difficulty in servicing the client. In that case we refund the full-service amount which the client has paid us.
We always want the client to get 100% or more impact. Hence, we check the timing or muhurtha and accordingly we fix the rituals. We also explain the same to the client. Even after repeated explanation if the clients want the ritual in the wrong muhurtha then we do the refund.
If the client is dissatisfied then we expect an explanation from the client. If the explanation is without any moral ground and evidence then the dissatisfaction will not be taken into cognisance. Then also the client cannot initiate refund.
If the complaints and dissatisfaction are expressed by the clients after 2 days of the completion of ritual and receiving the videos then the refund cannot be availed.
If after fixing of the homam and pooja there is a cancellation from the client side before 6 hours of the execution of the service, then aadhesh rituals reserve every right to change the date , time and priests of the execution of the service.
